'The Tories have the hump about Labour wanting to take us back to the 70's because they were hoping to take us back to the 1930's.'

the reappearance of TB brought about by the immigrant population and measles, mumps and rubella brought about by his own refusal to have his children vaccinated would suggest that Tony Blair succeeded in taking us back to the 30s a decade ago.

When I borrowed money in the late 70s, interest rates were something like15%.

Now I have plenty to save, interest rates are 0.25%

Lets get back there.

Just for the record, power cuts and three day week were under a Tory government.

I will vote Jeremy Corbyn. I do not listen to what the Tory dominated Press and media say about him. If you vote Tory you must. be extremely well off.

Anyone who supports Corbyn is a brainless cunt.

Anyone who supports Labour is a sponging cunt.

Anyone who likes 70's music is a tasteless cunt.

Shit must have hit send by mistake, rant cont'd
London still felt British
No foreign crooks buying up football
West Ham winning 2 FA cups (80 is nearly 70's!)
You could still have a laugh with girls in the office without anyone complaining to HR about political correctness

of course in reality there was also some awful cases of rascist and sexist behaviour but a lot of the clichés about the dead remaining unburied and rubbish on the streets is always over hyped from what I remember
Happy Days from what I remember!
